Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be returned with original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused at delivery and returned to SMART THREADS, the following will apply:
Original shipping costs will not be refunded
